Shipping & Delivery Information
We deliver worldwide, including UK, Europe, US,
Canada, Middle East and Asia.
Orders – Please
allow at least three business days for preparation of your order. Orders can be
delayed due to verification or time of order being placed.
Please note that for inventory purposes each item
requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to
consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to
inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over
several days in multiple packages. If there is a further delay, we will send
you an email asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to
you.
Order Placement
– (For customers making payment through Western Union, MoneyGram or bank
deposit). The order that you place is kept on hold for 36 hours after you
receive a confirmation email from us about the Order and Payment Details.
If you plan to make payment after 36 hours of receiving the confirmation,
please confirm it with us if the products that you have ordered are still
in stock, or preferably email our team to hold the order specifying a time
frame.
Order Cancellation – Orders
can be cancelled any time before they are processed. Once the order is shipped,
you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Make sure to
check your spam folder as well. Stylelookonline.shop has the right to cancel
orders for reasons such as item being out of stock or credit card payment
declined by the issuing financial institution.
Shipping
Charges – These charges apply as per weight and vary from city to city and
country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on
the final review of your order page, before you pay for the products. The final
delivery charges will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s).
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be
displayed within the terms of the promotion.
Personal Use – Each
order is for the personal, non-commercial, use of our customers. Resale of
any Stylelookonline.shop product without the express, written consent
of Stylelookonline.shop is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders
representing what Stylelookonline.shop deems to be commercial quantities
will not be accepted.
Order
Confirmation – When your order has been shipped you will receive a
confirmation e-mail directly in your inbox, including the expected delivery
date. If your order has been sent to you using a track-able service, you can
follow its journey to you. Make sure you check the expected delivery date on
your email before contacting us about your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs
or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination
country. Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not
be charged customs or import duties. Any applicable customs, import and collection
fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, Stylelookonline.shop has no
control over these charges. Taxes
and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value,
etc. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from
country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the charges you will incur.
You can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) for
transactions up to PKR 50,000. There are no additional charges for Cash on
Delivery. Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart,
follow the steps below to pay with COD:
The COD service is available all over
Pakistan. COD is not available internationally.
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that
the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order.
On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
Delivery Time – Order
delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on the size and availability of the
product. Orders are processed before 1 PM on a business day and are
generally scheduled for delivery the following business day.
Shipping
Charges – Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and package
weight. Stylelookonline.shop provides free shipping for orders PKR 5,0000.
Delivery Status – All items
sold on Stylelookonline.shop are delivered through reputed courier
partners. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email. You
may also track the status of your order on our website with the help of the Order
ID provided to you at the time of order placement.
We ship products all over Pakistan through our courier partners CCS, and
internationally through DHL.
