Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  Unstitched products can be exchanged within 5 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to or calling at +92 321 166 6613

You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at and WhatsApp us at +92 321 166 6613 to proceed with the exchange or return process.

Replacement of domestic orders will be sent once the defective /faulty/damaged item is received by Stylelook. Claims on all international orders will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

There are some cases where Stylelook will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Discounted products
  • Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 5 days)
  • Product is damaged
  • Product has been tampered
  • Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories does not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

  • The customer cancels the order before starts processing the shipment.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased and the replacement is unavailable.
